"We are all very pleased with the jackets that just arrived today. They are excellent quality and the embroidery is perfect. Our hats had come a few weeks ago and again, we were all really pleased. Once I got the hang of the website, even that was fine. Definately will be ordering more in the future. The only thing that is beyond your control is the outrageous fees that UPS charges for brokerage fees to cross the Canadian border. Perhaps if possible on the next order we can go with the US postal service. They seem to be more reasonable in terms of cost.
