"Got my jacket last night and the embroidery is impeccable! The jacket looks great! Just one concern about shipping charges. Because mine was a custom design, the shipping charges were a little more than for a stock embroidery. After redeeming a discount, the order ended up costing less than even a stock order would have - many thanks for that - but I'm still curious why the total cost of an order affects shipping as opposed to the weight of the order.
